A cleanup job has been introduced for product registrations that have been started and have the status not sent.

The job deletes registrations that were started more than a year ago.

Products with the status declined for more than a year will also be deleted in the same cleanup job.

If it becomes relevant to register any of these products at a later date, a new product registration must be created.
