Information about article numbers and product groups
All products in the Article Number Register must have an article number as an identifier, and the article number is either Nordic or national.
All products listed in the Article Number Register are divided into nine main product groups:

National aricle numbers
National article numbers are assigned by Farmalogg. Assigned article numbers are owned by Farmalogg. Due to the different use of article number series in the Nordic countries, the national article numbers are only intended for use in Norway.
